“Alive”

“I’ve been looking for a word. A big complicated word, but so sad. I think I’ve found it… Alive.”

I was rewatching “Doctor Who” the other day and the episode “The Doctor’s Wife” came on. With the new year started and everyone’s resolutions flying around, I took the words a character spoke to heart. “I am alive.”

But what happens after? Do you have life insurance and if you don’t, how do you go about picking life insurance that is best for you? Check with your agent to make sure you are getting the right policy for your needs. The two major types of life insurance are: term policies and whole life. Term life insurance is coverage for a limited time at a fixed rate. This means if that time period expires the previous premiums can be either increased or decreased. After the time period of coverage, if you no longer want to pay, coverage will no longer apply. Whole life insurance is a policy, which you can guess, covers your entire life. Keep in mind it to get life insurance young. The older you get, the more costly it will be.
