Open enrollment for January 1, 2014 effective dates for Affordable Care Act and Health Care Reform plans has been extended from December 15, 2013 to December 23, 2013. So, what does this mean? It means pre-existing conditions will be accepted on any new Health Insurance policy, beginning January 1, 2014.
