This is how insurance SHOULD be. Felicia and the team at JBC have been working with me and my family for 20 years. I’ve moved away to a wonderful life elsewhere, but one of the the things that I miss the most about Knoxville is how easy, affordable, and friendly the folks at John Bailey have been for so long. Personal service from a human being you can speak with and even meet in person is worth the extra money….BUT…it’s somehow cheaper than online quotes. I can’t recommend them enough. Do it.
