When planning your next recreational vehicle, or RV, trip keep in mind some safety tips in case of a storm! After you decide where you are going, make sure you know the best route to evacuate.

• Like with any storm, prepare emergency kits with water, foods, and anything you may need as well as fill containers with water for hygiene.

• Since you are in your RV, make sure the fuel take and other fluids are filled. Have extra batteries, garbage bags (to help protect valuables from water) and even tarps.

• And importantly, complete a safety check on the RV!

If you are forced to evacuate, avoid driving through water and secure all items located outside your RV!
